If unusual circumstances require any changes or alterations to your order,
you must contact Z Custom for return authorization
within 30 days from the date shipped, or picked up, or return will not
be accepted. No exceptions, please. Accurate measurements are your responsibility
however, we will assist you tp our best ability. Returns due to improper
measurements received will be chargeable to you. Customer is responsible
for return shipping and insurance. Custom orders require a 50% deposit
which is non-refundable once work begins. Custom orders are not refundable.
Non-custom item returns must be unsoiled, unwrinkled, and will incur a
15% restocking charge. Balance of orders shipped or picked up must be
paid COD, cash, credit card, or by certified check. Personal checks may
be submitted and order will be released upon check clearance. Prices subject
to change without notice.
